We also like to know the age group of the guests, and where they are from. How adventurous are your guests in terms of eating. Where is the focus of the event – food, music, linens, etc?

People now appreciate the nuances of ingredients. Many of your guests may have preferences for fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. Let’s make these choices part of the menu! Some guests may have an appreciation for organic products. We can even have an appreciation for heritage fruits, vegetables and meats. Food has turned fashionable and entertaining – so let’s provide a gastronomic level for your guests that they will not soon forget!

Let’s not also forget that the room is like an artist’s canvas! The visual approach should “wow” your guests. We do not need to stay with conventional ballroom furniture any longer. Adding couches and lounges add fun touches as well as transform a room into a venue of your dreams. Let’s have linen that has texture and superb color. These linens can be custom made, to fit your every need. Lighting that compliments your theme, and adding highlights to all those special features!

Would you consider having a change of wardrobe, and then having an after party? This party could have an entirely different theme.
